The Legendary Ruby Silkie

Description

The Legendary Ruby Silkie takes the Silkie Irish Whiskey range in a new direction. Rather than championing iconic Donegal, this release seeks to elevate the Silkie flavour profile through the use of casks used in the masterful creation of Ruby Port. The Legendary Ruby Silkie is another expression in an exploration of how the taste & character develops when Silkie comes together with other great drinks categories with the sum being greater than their parts.

The Legendary Ruby Silkie is a complex whiskey bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered. Ruby Silkie is best savoured neat or gently chilled with an ice cube. The full flavour profile will reveal itself with the addition of a tiny drop of water.
